I wish I had an incredible cure for migraines… but in the meantime, lets take a poll.
I take topomax for my migraines
I cannot answer that poll…I will use over the counter meds, ice packs and Narcotics that my doctor gave me used to help…but I stopped taking the Narcotics on my own…I was trying to cut everything back…but I will tell you what…the pain, sucks.
I get them often but I have found that nothing I try works laying down in a dark room usually makes it more manageable. I cant really do much else.
Headaches can be caused by stress and too much anxiety so always take some time to have a great rest. .
