Since I’ve been sick I’ve been getting crap from friends/family about not eating ‘well’ and not eating enough. Well the reason for that is I usually literally feel too sick to eat, which I know is not too uncommon..!
But I decided to become the best ‘eater’ around and blow everyone away with my nutritional value intake… so I made a protein shake this morning. And it didn’t taste terrible! It was enough of a ‘meal’ to take my pills with and I didn’t mind drinking it, it was actually sweet and tasty (and protein packed). Recipe below!
1 packet SPIRU-TEIN vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
1 scoop Garden of Life™ Raw Meal
1 cup Oat Milk
A couple drops of water (to reach desired consistency.)
Blend together and enjoy!
